Week 7: VENICE ITALY

This weekend we went to Venice! I LOVED IT. It was sooo gorgeous. When we got off the train we had the whole day to wander around we just started walking. It was nice just to have time to wander around and see everything. We took a gondola ride which was so cool! We just floated down the canal. We spent a lot of time just sitting by the water which was relaxing. The weather was so nice here it actually felt like SUMMER FINALLY. We also finally got some sun! I would go back to Venice in a heartbeat!

Week 6: Rhein falls and Black forest

This weekend we went to The Rhein falls in Switzerland and on the way home we stopped in the Black Forest. It was an outdoorsy weekend, everything was awesome expect it rained the whole time. Even though this wasn't the best weekend everything we saw was really cool!

Week 5: PARIS :)

Week 5 we spent the weekend in PARIS! It was AMAZING I loved every minute of it! We spent a lot of time at the Eiffel tower I could just sit and stare at it all day. We got to go up to the top of it the view was AMAZING. We also went back to the Eiffel tower at night when it was all lit up. We just sat in a field near by and watched if for an hour or two it also has flashing lights that go off at the top of the hour for about 15 minutes. While we were in Paris we also saw Norte Dame, Du Louvre, the Arc De Triomphe and the sister statue of liberty. Paris was by far my favorite weekend this far!

Week 4: Fourth of July weekend continued

On the 4th of July we had to work at the family celebration. When we got done working a band was playing a free concert that we went to and then we watched fireworks :) it was really nice to be around Americans on the 4th and whats more patriotic than watching fireworks on a military base with the people who fight for our freedom everyday! It was a great experience! Then on Sunday we went to Europa Park its an amusement park about 3 hours from us. It was so much fun we got to ride on the "fastest roller coaster in Europe" and the "largest drop roller coaster in Europe" they were probably the best roller coasters I've ever been on!

Week 4: Fourth of July weekend

On our 3 day weekend we ended up having to work! But we still had Friday and Sunday off to travel so on Friday we took a day trip to Luxembourg City, Luxembourg. I fell in love the second we got off the train. It was the cleanest place I had been so far and probably will be the cleanest of the trip. We got to see the many bridges that Luxembourg is known for, the Duke and Dutchess palace and got to go in some underground caves from the castle. It was the place that I would live if I ever lived in Europe!

Week 3 continued: Innsburck Austria

On Sunday we went to Innsbruck Austria on our way back to Germany. Here we went to the Swarovski crystal factory. It was so amazing it was kind of like an art museum with 14 rooms and each room had a theme and everything was in crystals; the walls and all the objects in the rooms it was so cool. We actually meet a nice lady and her mother they bought our tickets to get in and gave us 20 Euro to buy ourselves lunch! They were such sweet people and they were from Australia and rode the bus with us out there and everything they were our little taste of home and our parents taking care of us again!

Week 3: Salzburg and Innsburck Austria

We finally are traveling outside of Germany this weekend. First we stopped in Salzburg Austria where we traveled up into the Alps in a cable car and went on top of a mountain which was so cool! We also went to another castle that had an amazing view of the Alps and the city. We also took a boat tour and at ice cream at one of the places Mozart lived! Salzburg was a complete SUCCESS :)
